First of all i'd like to say a big hello to you all.
Next year during my placement year at uni i will be taking the reigns of my dads ST24 (on a T plate) with the intention of tuning her up. The only problem is i'm knew to tuning cars and don't know where to start.
Most of the money i get from my placement i will probably spend on modifications, which will be about £7000. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou
Shaun

cheers mate, i'll have a look into that. Not too sure what you mean by a remap though. Afew people have told me to get a decent induction kit and i was thinking one from Pipercross, there viper kits i've been told are good, or one from K&N.

hi mate, i've got an induction kit and full cat back exhaust on my 24 and its upped the power from 168bhp to 183bhp, you dont really notice much difference to be honest.
if you've got 7k to throw at it then look at the Vortex supercharger kit from the USA, its about $3000 buts its a hefty up in power.
the V6 engine is already tuned so you wont get much power from it without alot of cash.

cheers for the advice and i'll have look around in sheffield to see where i can have a remap done.
As regarding the vortex supercharger kit do you know of any websites where they are available. I've had look on the internet but can't find much about them.
Thanks again for your help
