Default Focus at Help needed

My 2009 focus at now won't start it's saying water detected in fuel I filled up last night at shell and I've done 100 mines since then and parked it up on the drive and now it won't start, it also won't let me read the ECU with torque on my phone either, any suggestions

Diesel? If so there should be a water drain on the bottom of the filter bowl. Open it and let the water drain out.
