P1383 code on focus st170

Hi,
I have this code (1383), I done a search & it's cam timing. Does anyone have any ideas. Is it a easy fix or am I looking at a big bill,

cam timing may simply be a case of a decent mechanic rotating vct pulley a tad or a faulty sensor, if car is due for a cambelt ideal time to rectify it
