St170 Radiator cover screws & Wheel bearings?

Sorry for the lame question but trying to replace the missing radiator cover screws which also secure the air box feed.
These black screws go into a small plastic receiver/securing thing (sorry for poor description) i need these too
Also, get a proper whining over about 45 mph the same noise just kind of gets louder the faster i go. Do you think this maybe wheel bearings?

they are plastic rivnuts just a matter of pence from ford, as they use them in quite a few places on the 170, as for the whine internet diagnosis is hard does it go or change pitch when turning and bearings are more or a rumble than a whine

yeah sorry online diagnostics isn't that easy, I kind of get carried away on this forum with these new car niggles but a noise at 45 mph isnt alot to go on lol
i think I'll leave this one for now
