Just need some advice on a cambelt. I went to a garage and they reckon my belt doesn't need changing yet. The car has done 100,000 miles and is 13 years old. It had a cambelt change before I bought it recorded at 69,000. Will it be ok if I didn't change it for a while?

 

It is due every 125,000 miles or 10 years whichever comes first. I personally would not leave it that long and would have it done every 80k ish.
