Ford focus st 170

Hi, anyone know why my cooling fan comes on so quickly even when the engine is still cold/warmish ???? I can drive for 5 minutes and on it comes,bit annoying but at least it works !!? Cheers

do you have A/C as it may be turned on failing that poss faulty sensor/sendor

if you put the fan on the windscreen setting the fan runs continous. took me a few yrs of ownership to realise this
