Default Help needed mk2 focus st

Hello need some help pls
I have a 2006 focus st and I replaced the rear brakes yesterday. Now I have a knocking coming from the rear of the car anyone got any ideas what could be causing this

Checked brakes today and found brake pad is loose ( bad manufacturing ). Thanks for the help.
