Alreet lads & lasses ....,

One of my dads good freinds has recentley just about completed his anglia project installing an ST170 engine from either an 03/04 year focus (he did tell me but cant remember) - he has asked me where the engine number is located on the block - I would have thought down near the bellhousing somewhere but he reckons he cant find it anywhere - can anyone help ?
