220bhp is low for the engine size and not really very tuneable . but it'll do for me until I can get some pennies saved up!

Thanks mate - 220bhp is fairly low I spose for a 3.0.... but then again so is 225bhp for a 5 pot turbo

Had mine about a year and half now mate - went from an ST170 into it... loved the 170 but this is something else - bought it totally standard , so felt the benefit of the mods - id be lying if I said I didnt love it ..... and the sound !!

Well......after all this st talk and these photos I just had to have it!!!!! Pick it up next week.
Good thing is,I picked him up wrong on the phone,it's got full history from ford,1 owner from new. Needs some paintwork in the bonnet and bumper but nothing major,it's booked in to be done already lol.
While I was looking through the paperwork in the garage I took a note of the previous owner mobile number from an old invoice and called him,he gave it a glowing report and said the mileage was all motorway due to living in Edinburgh and working in Montrose!
Can wait to get it now............

Remap and an RS clutch for starters with a panel filter with exhaust

If you can afford to wait, do the exhaust and filter then the remap but budget for the clutch and flywheel as it starts to slip quite often.

if you only do one of the above do the remap,Dreamscience have a very good rep with these cars.

 

Looking at the dreamscience map just now. Gotta say tho I'm quite impressed with it as standard.......won't last though lol
