Default 2k rpm power loss st170

Alright guys has anybody came across this problem were the power surge from 1500 -2000 rpm has like dissappeared? The car just doesn't have the balls it did have.there's no missfires, fuel cuts, or low idle probs etc just loss the power an seem to use more throttle to get upto speed. Changed lambda sensor in past.

The car drives as if the choke was still activated or the ecu has not removed the limiter but it will go to the redline. Wish focus could see these faults a lot easier
