hi,
i have a st170 2004 with the 9006 audiophile stereo with 6 disc cd andsub/ amp etc.
my question is i want to try and use my ipod with it, can i get a auxiliary audio input or not.
or is it best to upgrade my stereo and buy a new one????

no is the answer to your question mate sorry you will have to buy a new stereo
with and ipod input you will also need a cover plate for the top/bottom for your new unit as they are single din not double din like the ford stereo
