400hp what mods needed?

400hp what mods needed?
What mods are required for 400hp from a mk1 rs? Are they reliable at that power? any advice be great from anyone thats had one at that power, beening looking at one today thats meant be 280hp an thought it was abit slow

Rods pistons turbo manifold 650cc injectors new ecu new inter cooler maybe intake manifold cams.thats if you want a proper reliable 400 bhp
