hello people him going though a engine rebuild on my mk1 focus rs after doing the big end bearings on her. was wondering if any one knows the torque settings for main bearings and bigends for it. is there ny others that i may need. i have asked ford but they wont tell me! losers!! lol any help will be appreciated. x

Stage 1 - 43nm
Stage 2 - 85nm

Big ends
Stage 1 - 15nm
Stage 2 - 90 degrees
