Default collapsed pcv hose

I recently noticed that the hose from the pcv valve on my 1.6 zetec 02 focus had a big rip in it.
Ive changed the hose and the valve but now when the engines running the hose to the top left hand side of the 'T' joint is always collapsed and when you rev the car it collapses more??
also ive noticed the cars using quite a lot of oil??
the engines 100k up and gets serviced on a regular basis.
anyone help me???

have a look in your airbox and see if its full of oil, sounds like you have a blockage in a breather somewhere
