Looking at upgrading my cloth interior in the focus estate mk1 and just wanted to know if the 3-5doors focus versions would be a straight fit or any other model for that matter!!!

The shape of the rear seats are different in the estate, so you'll be looking for rear seats from an estate only. Fronts should fit fine though.

just looked on the bay and doest seem to much for the estate

 

The only difference is that estate rear seats are slightly wider. You can fit three and five door seats to them, you just need to pack out the catches (that P shaped metal thing) that the seats clip into with a spacer.
