Focus Rs engine

Does a focus Rs engine fit straight down
a mondeo mk 2 with a zetec E 2,0L engine?

I should think the actual engine should fit as it's based on the 2.0 Zetec, you then need ECU, loom etc, someone probably has more specific detail.
