Double lock making horrible noise
when you press the lock button twice the drivers door lock makes a horrible crunching/grinding noise
Any ideas?

fucked lock probably mate. try squirting the lock with some wd40 to see if that helps.
if not its probably going to fail soon and they are fooking dear from ford now. £125 for a rear passenger door and its prob more for the front door.
