Default American FoCos?

Hey all,

I've got a few Merkur (Sierra) shells with no titles (id) that are of no use to me. Been thinking about buying a Focus Mk1 3dr and doing it up like you guys do. My question is, as I've been doing research on a couple of you guys' FoCossies, I noticed most use a Jig whereas, the cleanest, best looking IMO was done by using the entire floorpan/inner wings of a Cossie. Which is easiest? I noticed the 3dr Sierra and Focus have nearly identical wheelbases.... thought, It'd be easier to use the entire floor of a Sierra. Any technical advice would be appreciated.
