ST170 injectors

Hi,

just wondering if the st170 injectors would make any difference on a 1.8 mk1 focus? Also is it easy job to swap over?

Iv got full exhaust/cams mods (soon to have ported std inlet with 65mm TB)

No they wouldn't make any difference at all. Unless you are running lots of power that your standard inectors can't supply the fuel for!

No probs m8. Wot wud you call lots of power? (mine is a 1.8)

Like, 200-250bhp? Changing the injectors on a standard engine would do naff all mate.

woz worth a try. Jus lookin at other things to improve power (without breakin bank lol). prob got most things already with out SC/TC

injectors do not make power, they simply deliver fuel - and the stock ones have a lot bigger potential than is used in a stock or even slightly modified engine
