Default NEED HELP!

hi there i reciently tried fitting a cd player that i had in my focus to a friends toyota corrola and when i fitted it i noticed it kept on blowing the main fuse in the fuse box which is 15amp and i tried changing the fuse on the back of the cd player and it made no difference what do i need to do??will i put a higher fuse in the fusebox?

I would check the wiring first...

Sounds like an earth fault or similar on the toyota

hi there i remebred now that there was a wire wrapped round some metal on the focus before and i totaly forgot about it so it will be the earth thats the problem ?will i just ground the illumination wire is this the orange 1 ?sorry for being so anoying with the questions

earth is normally black or brown dont put a larger fuse in else you risk the fuse box going byebye the ground/earth will be somewhere on the toyota wiring loom not the hu wiring if the hu was working fine in the focus that is where i would start on the actual car not the hu
