Whilst trying to fix my Rear Windscreen Heater (Separate Thread) I have knocked out my Radio and it is asking for a Key Code:

1. I have it somewhere at home but I am working away from home in Andover.
2. Where can I get the code from?
3. How do you enter the code (I think I up to 3 attempts, is there a limit)?

Any help would be great - already got the missus nagging saying everytime I try to fix something I break more than i fix (she doesn't know about the radio yet)!!!

Sorry its a Ford Focus 1.8 Ghia 52 Plate, I think I just found the code but it might be for my previous Ford.

Its a 6000CD how do you enter the code?

 

Sorry I just found another post with instructions on how to enter:

Press station keys 1, 2, 3, 4 corresponding number of times to enter to enter the four digit code and press 5 to submit the code. If it is correct the Radio will start working, if the code is wrong it may ask you to leave it powered on for 30 mins before you attempt it again, more than 10 or so and your scuppered.

There is definitely software knocking about on the internet for generating the codes. Got it at home and it works spot on

 

put the make and serial numbers on here and title the thread radio code needed and someone will reply with it i'd say..
