Default help service required.

ok im on the rsoc but i have forgotten my password and i do not remember the proper email account i used so cannot recover it as i only use my yahoo account. Anyway my car is due a service just the normal 4 year one.

i think last time i used a different grade oil possibly from "oil man". does anyone know if someone sells the kit i need or will i have to source it all seperately.

Is the car standard ?

Get 5w40 fully synthetic.

hello no car is running 280bhpm normal mods before turbo, i think thats what i used last year 5w40, but what is the make everybody goes for? i think oilman was selling it at special offer a few years ago.

I would go for 5w 30 as that is waht is recommended for the engine. On my service last year I put in 5w 40 and it did make it run quieter on startup than the 5w 30 ford oil. This time Redline 5w 30 was recommended to me so I bought it and the engine is still as quiet as before. Its expensive oil but you get what you pay for.

Thats what i recommend. I use this and most of the RS Owners Club do also.
