Default manifold/decat

hi, i have a 2.0 zetec esp focus and was looking at getting a 4.2.1 manifold for it and i see that it decats it. how well would this work on my motor for releasing more power etc as i have read that it doesnt do much on zetec engines but then yet again read that it does. thanks

my mates got the same car as u, and he also changed the manifold and decatted it and it made quite a noticable difference as its letting the exhaust gases flow better/faster.
while you at it would be a good idea to change the rest of the exhaust system

i have just fitted a 4-2-1 manifold and it makes a noticable difference. But be warned it will be loud!!

Police dont like loud cars.
