Default st170 conversion

hello,
im needing more power from my car, so ive looked at what mod is good for the money. ive come up with swapping my 2.0 for a st170 lump, unless theres another option?
can someone please tell me what im going to need apart from the obvious parts lol

It will probably cheaper to buy an ST170 buy the time you have done it. Your inusurance will be higher than the real thing to.

2.0 litre to ST170 conversion isn't much quicker. With a few tweaks to the 2.0 litre they will be making more torque than the ST170's do anyways.

If you're going to do an engine swap do a worthwhile one and go turbo! RS engine swap isn't the most straightforward but enough people have done them regardless so there's plenty of info available. Or just turbo/supercharge the 2.0 litre as it'll take it easy peasy.

Insurance and tax isn't bad with the Focus RS conversion, you'll be very surprised. Take it from me, best example right here

nothing wrong with doing the st170 con.ive just done 1.6 to st170.i will ask tho anyone no if i nedd to use the fuse boxes from st170 and what does the actuator do and do i need this rigged up
