Whats the best route for power cables through the bulkhead on Mk1 Focus'? I found a load coming through the passenger footwell, but how do you get enough access to it through the engine bay? I think i found the cable coming from the back of the fusebox in the engine bay but how do you get your hand in there to get some wires in? Or is there a better place for cables?

Hi

The only way without removing the dashboard, is to feed it through the inner skin of the LH wing then through the grommet inside of the door then in bhind the dashboard or under trim to go to the boot..

If you want to get to the engine bay you need to take off the front wheel of either side and then remove the wheel arch liner to gain access to the other side of the grommet. If you go by the passenger side you will also have to remove the washer bottle for the window wipers. I went vie the drivers side grommet when wiring my boost controller.
