how much work is it to convert the rear drums on my 1.8 collection ford focus. to a 2.0 ford focus discs + handbrake???

any help would be great....

hi there as far as i know you just have to change the rear hub and part of the hand brake cable. im going to change mine soon.i was lucky as i work in a breakers i got the rear hubs for free(back of the net) but if i come across anything ill let u know.like wise
