As I have a fault on my ST170 with the IMRC unit,, I was wondering if this is the same part used in the Mondeo ST24 and a direct swap? It should make it a bit easier to get my hands on one if they are.

 

Im sure there the same. They go for silly money on ebay.

 

Damn, just pulled out of a purchase because I read elsewhere it 'probably' wouldn't fit. Mind you they do have different part numbers from Ford. They do seem to go for silly money. This one was Ł77 on eBay. If I can get a descent one for Ł100 or under I'd be happy with that. There's hardly any for sale. New ones are about Ł300! Ridiculous.

 

What part are you after? The silver box that bolts to the bulkhead?

 

Yeah, and the cable too but don't think that comes seperate anyway.
