fitting lowering springs
Anyone have a guide or pointers of how to remove the springs from a 1.8 tdci focus '06. got new 18" rs wheel and 35mm lowering springs so want to sort it this week hopefully. Can anyone help me?

It's quite simple if you have basic mechanic skills. Just make sure you have some clamps to clamp to the old springs when removing the top nut as the pressure will cause the spring to fly off.
