Any one done this? (dull question as more than a few of you have lol)

Basicly im taking my 280mm discs off my one focus and putting them onto my other focus, I know i have to change the hubs and hand brake cable but do i have to change the rear brake lines to?

Its going onto a focus mk1 1.6 non abs rear drum setup and it came from a focus 1.8 abs 250mm disc setup (yea i know i said 280 but it was std 250 and i upgraded to 280mm)
