Default 3 Rings ?

Hi Guys
I am new to the forum so be gentle with me..not the quickest of the blocks sometimes .I am wanting to put a cone filter on my 1.8 instead of the standard one,so i purchased a green cotton one because i read somewhere they are the best..Never done any mods to a car before,so was looking for some help explaining how to fit it.I thought it would be a straight swap.Got the cone filter today and it came with 3 rubber rings..which as totally thrown me.
Any Help Appreciated

Hello and welcome
Is the air filter a universal fit or is specific for your car. As the rings are prob adapter rings so you just need to find out whch one to use

I think they fit inside each other so it fits the diameter of the inlet pipe.
