Default Mark 7 Blower motor issue

Hello all

Firstly apologies as posted about this in wrong section I think before!

Recently bought me a 2011 Fiesta 1.4TDCi Style+ and shortly after I noticed the heaters were not working properly, thy would work sometimes & not others, nothing to do with the speed setting that I could see but I decided to change the resistor in case it was that. Changed it & they stopped working completely so changed again and still nothing at all. Had to go into garage for coil spring so asked them and they said it was the blower motor itself & not something they would do as it is a right pain apparently.

But I was driving this weekend & hit a pot hole in the road & the blowers came on, they were left on 4 so after a few minutes I turned them down and they stopped working.

Does this sound like the blower motor and if so any advice on replacing it (remove dash or from in drivers side etc etc)? Or if not any suggestions on what else it could be please?

Many thanks in advance

Paul
