HELLO

The sides of my fiesta zetec s are smoothed but I want to colour code the front and rear bumper trims form black to silver like the second picture above.

How do i do this?

I'm a real amateur... no technical talk please!

The back bumpers strip just pop the clips off( try not to break them lol) and the same with the front but it has a screw each end simples!!!
