Welding new panels on?

Welding new panels on?
When welding new panels on, i.e. inner, outer sills, floorpan, replacement arches do they have to be fully welded or just spot welded??

i have just had a new wing and it was spot welded on, arches are screwed on or bonded pending weather the screws have snapped. but not sure about cills a floor pan will be fully welded i would imagine tho hope that helps

Cheers lads!! a list of wot i gota replace:
Battery tray, front panel, chassis rails, sills, front wing, got me work cutout!! and made be a new arches, gota wait till i take the plastic arch of to c if the rest cums of wiv it!
