Whats the best way to do this? i.e. how to cut it, where to cut it, i presume jus before it starts to bend!? and what sort of welding is it to join it back together? cheeeaz! also i might want it chromed after its reversed........that ok?

There was a pic up before, but cant find it, basically, just after the indented lines finish towards the bottom of the pipe, cut, turn and weld.

Personally, i would find a metal polisher that would mill the whole pipe smooth, and polish it, IMO, would look better

cheeRS Till, it prob wuld look beter that way but patience

Hansen, looks a good job, what sort of welding is it needs to be done? does it need to point at a certain angle i suppose, need to fit the ic b4 weldin it to c what angle to point b4 weld

i used TIG with alloy wire as for the angle this you can see when you cut it up

I believe PACE now have a cast that they use, so its not a cut and shut job anymore.

gona do it as cheep as i can lads so gonna try it meself, its a spare one i have so if i fook it up then so be it! cheeRS tho now to find a 4by or 2 4by ic's

lmfao yeah @ a price not been funny but i wanted one off them as i got the front mount ic so i had a shit one sent and when i eventualy got round to sorting it they wanted me to pay

A decent welder will b able to sort

I did get a local engineering company to do mine in the end, only cost me Ł30 and is a top bollock job

Its so you can fit a full front intercooler and keep it as a single pass

or fit a cosworth ic and keep it single pass, no need to modify the end cans of the intercooler that way!
