Just gave her a wash (for about the 700th time since purchase ) and she is looking good, so thought a would get the camera out and get pics up for yous!

She has just hit 37900 miles, and I am lovin her

A bought her as an everyday car, as am not too far from work, however a think am gonna buy a shitter for over the winter as acording to the weather man we are going back into the ice age So a want to keep her as good as possible!

Get it garaged for the winter mate and buy a cheap run around!
The salt on the roads kills them and it would be a shame to ruin that one.

There are plenty out there,my 205turbo diesel is proof that,it is the king of sheds,however it get's me to my work everyday and back which is the main thing and allows me 2 use my S2 on good dry summer days spot on!
Tax up on Mondy night then off to bed for the winter!

Am looking at a few 205's and punto's, there are some no bad sheds out there if you know what a mean!

as long as it's legal (quite important for me ) and goes a don't car how it looks, cos a know a have ma baby in the garage!

Thats exactly it mate,mine has had more hits than the Beatles but it's got a good engine,tax,MOT and insurance which will do me just fine!

It aint mate av been doing it for more than 6 years now,plus when you dont drive the Escort all the time you get more of a buzz when you do!

puss, a wanna keep it as standard as poss, am trying to source some of the front spots for her, am gonna look at improving the performance slightly, maybe with piper cams and a hybrid turbo, but apart from performance mods nah she is staying as she is matey

Car is looking good apart from i wouldnt have added that dump valve, car's go much better without one.

As long as you are enjoying her as i know Paul is missing her and keep her minted. Was nice to see a happy face the night you drove away in her

i got 2 sets of spot lamps but they wont go on cos off ur intercooler mate that why they not there

Shud a ditch the dumpvalve then guys???

A ran ma S1 with a DV and a thought it went ok, saying that, only had that 3 months!

Am buying a shiter to run during the winter months so a can keep her as mint as possible

Yeah ditch the dump valve, cars run better without them, I dont have one on the evo as it drives better.

Looks very clean. Need to source a set of colour coded mirrors for it though as it looks weird with black ones

VERY VERY NICE MATE, Just one question though/ What the f@@k are those bump strips all about??? I've seen a few s2's with them on now and it reminds me off a 3i with a turbo kit, Nice car though No offence intended

paint the mirrors,yersell,you can mask em up dead easy,

mines an 88 too,should see the work i done to mine,my novas for sale to pay for some other goodies,12mnths mot and 6mnths tax,cheap.Then shes on the road for the winter,.tee hee.gonna spray her librally with,acf-50,aviation protectant.12mnths protection

winta wunny be dat bad!

akito-man, just had a look at your thread, top drawer work you have put in on your S2, a wish a had the know how and skill to put that much work into a car, that is fantastic mate

deffo ditch the dump vale mate lol
keep the mirrors and strips i reckon.the car had them as standard so should stay that way imo
just get it covered in waxoil and drive the thing
