GOT A HUGE PROBLEM.
WAS FITTING SOME OIL SEALS TO THE HEAD OF MY ESCO RST2.
THE 5TH OIL SEAL WAS BROKEN AND LOOKED AS IF IT HAD WELDED TO THE VALVE IT WOULDNT COME OFF AND ON INSPECTION HAS ACTUALLY SPLIT IT. THE HEAD WAS NOW KNACKERD SO I BROUGHT A STAGE 2 HEAD WITH FAST RD CAM PORTED N POLISHED ECT.
FITTED THAT ON, DONE THE TIMING ECT. BUT ON START UP SHE JUST TURNED WITH NO HINT OFF FIRING EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A SPARK. WE FOUND THE FUEL PUMP WASNT KICKING IN.
THE LOOM HAD WATER WHICH HAS COME FROM UNDER THE SCREEN AND BURNT THE RELAY OUT. EVEN WITH A NEW RELAY IT TAKES BYPASSING WITH WIRE TO THE RED AND RED AND BLACK RELAY HEAD TO GET THE RELAY GOING.
SHE STILL DONT START WITH THAT.
ARE WE LOOKING AT REMOVING THE TOAD IMMOBILSER AS THAT WOULD BE ONE PROBLEM.
OR RENEWING SOME OF THE LOOM WHICH IS ON THE EARTH BOLT IN THE SPEAKER DRIVERS WELL WHICH HAS THE WATER IN??
