18 psi really depending on fuelling , probably push around 190-200hp before the temps bring it down

it depends on ur engine. One with a big turbo and a good head would probably goto 240hp - u cant measure power in terms of intercooler.

.on that subject, has any one else got any good ideas on how to bring water temps down , ive got a swirl pot, bonnet lifters and im going to try this thermostat. i was going to disconect the water cooling from the turbo (its a stage 3 t3) but will it cause any really rapid wear or instant falire. 9im not bothered if it reduces its life a little bit)
cheers

Before u ask about water temps - u need to say where u are suffereing? Crusing on mway? Sitting in traffic?

sits at about half way in traffic (about the 'o') however when crusin (loadin it up every now and again it can fluctuate alot. if i put my foot down for a bit the needle starts heading for the red and can take about a mile to chill out. also when bommin round town the neddle varys from the top of the 'n' to near the bottom.
i have gota little bit of a missfire at full boost but even at 120mph without the missfire occouring it was at the top of the 'n'.

could a split header tank cause the temperature to rise due to fall in pressure?

i was going to disconnect the water feed to the turbo to drop temps as i cant see a little bit of water cooling a glowing red lump of metal.

help!!!!!!!
