how hard wud it be to fit it wit a chargecooler in there too. chargecooler radiator sits infront on the normal radiator so its really tight in there

do it yourself with a grinder and a bit of filler, or have a look on ebay, or just take it to a body shop to do

I use the Pace full width front mount and it's excellent. I have no cutout in the bumper as personally I find the look a bit too in yer face (no offence intended).

As for which way to go with it only you can decide. I would let how teh car is used determine how you tune it. If you use the car daily mildly tune it to about the 180bhp mark if you only use it as a toy go mad on it. My mates face is a picture in his WRX as my "crappy Ford" in his words, leaves him for dead

It's gonna be a toy... but i dont want it to break every time i take it out. i was thinking between 180 - 190 bhp... how do i get this power can keep it running sweet

Unreliable big power RST's is a bit of a myth. If they are built properly they aren't much trouble at all. Mine was in use as a daily driver until July last year. SCC built it and it's been putting 250bhp out with only very minor issues along the way.

180-190bhp is a piece of p1ss mate. I would start with:-

Magnex, Mongoose or Scorpion exhaust
K&N panel in drilled airbox
Chip
-31 actuator
Intercooler.
A decent setup

This should have you pretty close to where you want to be. The key to the reliabilty is how good the engine is to start with. There isn't much point in tuning a 130,000 mile car as it's only a matter of time until it goes bang.
