Electro Pressure Watzit on the Metering Head
Hi ya guys,
A friend of mine has recently rebuilt a series 2 rs to standard spec. He's got the lump back in and connected everything up however is having some problems with the electric fuel pressure regulator that sits on the side of the metering head. When the electrical device is disconnected the car seems to run / idle fine, however when he connects the electric fuel pressure regulator it runs lumpy as hell and dies on idle.
Suggestions ?
Thx, Swanny

bro is this kendals motor?
I have all of my plugs disconeted prity much and mine runs fine, so did my metering head he is runing plus ive used his fuel ecu in my car and he has a new fuel pump so the prolem sould be narrowd down to a few things now.
Maybe some of his loom is fuckd that goes to fuel ecu?
I cant belive his motor still isnt running pmsl
