Default Help needed with lights

Hello my bro's erst is got an odd problem with the lights, side lights work fine but when you switch to main beam they dont work, changed the blues and the switch but still no joy.

Any ideas people

Investigate the relays in the fuse board. There are two small ones that control the headlights. Had this crop up on mine a few years ago. I used a small screwdriver to bend the tabs in the board to give a better contact and she's been good as gold ever since

check the wiring near the battery, theirs a few smaller wires in some sleeving coming from the posotive terminal, this is fuse wiring look for burn marks or corrosion on the wires under the sleeving, this wiring gives the feeds for the dip and main beam.

this is what was wrong with mine relay ended up melting an catching fire

my wires burnt out whilst i was on my way home' good job the brakes worked well!
