Default Oil return pipe split s2!!!

The rubber pipe that goes from the bottom of the turbo and into the bottom of the block has split wide open! Can i get a new one from ford or should i get a silicone replacement from another company such as samco or sfs or roose??

Also would this leak affect performance ie, pressure loses ect???

Any feed bk welcome

Nick

It's true, Ford ones are a fortune. If it's split you will loose oil, which will eventually lead to severe performance loss lol.

There must be a way of using aeroquip to do this. It will cost more but will never split.

I realize that it will lead to a severely fooked engine eventualy but does the whole turbo system need to presurized?

What im trying to say is does any kind of leek of presure lead to lack of performance as mine is slow as shite at the mo

i just done mine with a piece of oil hose suitable i had lying around. makesure it IS oil hose tho as it will just perish rapidly. you can fit it and off you go, no need to represhurise the turbo oil system. but DONT use the car if it is leaking. and alsho check oil when you've fixed it!!!!
