Belts missing

Belts missing
Hi
Just got my RS yeterday, i notice the are 2 pulleys down the back of the engine with no belt on is there a reason for this i think its to do with the braking system??
New to this so bear with me

Are the pulleys directly above the driveshafts? If they are they are part of the ABS system. It's common to see them without the belts on. Best bet is to rip the ABS off totally as they are nothing but trouble.
