Default s2 immobiliser issues

so my s2 was running fine
went to fire her up this morning a wont start.
fuel pump not priming or running at all
the immobiliser keeps cutting the pump
its got and after market immobiliser I am unsure of brand
was thinking about by passing it and running pump of a switch but I would rather remove it all together
has anyone removed an after market immobiliser ? if so how involved are they?

cheers

From ex Auto sparks, depends if your car is fitted with a CAT 1 imobiliser which would have been fitted at " insurance autherised dealer" which back in the day when I was with Bosch we were, the Customer would get a certificate that the insurance company would need a copy of , before they would insure car they insisted on that, to remove this type of imobiliser you MUST have good Knowledge of the car systems as they are very involved in how there wired in, I cant say any more on the wiring etc for obvious reasons. only to say as a clue every wire from imobiliser WILL be Black. If you feel its not of that type, yes you can with some knowledge remove. also "note"" You just cant "Hot wire the pump"....there is another item that is on the same Pump circuit "Cold idle control ". so knowledge needed.
