You need to have them modified to work.. But this leads to the next question.

Why spend money making std pistons weaker and risking your whole engine with nice new rods, without buying a set of forged pistons the correct CR for the power your trying to get. Pistons are very cheap now days if you find the correct source.

There is many choices of cr and sizes available for wossner, supertech, je, accralite to name a few. I prefer some over others for various reasons.

I would go for a slightly lower cr using the mfi setup or if you planned to change management systems in the future then maybe different again.

So really it comes down to your final goal you want to achieve.
If you build this nice forged emgine its a waste on mfi.

I agree with Jano, it is a waste, you may as well stay with stock internals.

well light piston an conrods also help in the bhp or torque?
there was mfi with 5 injector who get some 260-280 bhp (I know not with a stage 2 turbo ) in know that std piston are good for 300 bhp
but I need to change them because is more cheaper to buy forged piston as transformat the conrods to accept the standar piston...

If they are lighter you will reduce pumping losses so may free up some power, similar to fitting a lightened flywheel.

Well done. Now gap the rings proper and check comp ratio with dummy build.
