Please help, S2 captive bolt repair on front bumper

Any ideas on what I can do with my front bumper as the captive bolts have suffered the wrath of metal worm and there's no longer anything to mount it with.

Patch over the hole then either re-weld a nut on or a riv-nut or something?

Problem being is that the metal plate within the bumper is totally shot ! I thought about fibreglass ???

The studs that go through the front panel...... Try tiger seal that bonds well.

Thats assuming the foam has come away from the bumper itself.

Still you can pick up bumpers cheap, thats your best bet.
