How do i make a 4x4 cosworth intercooler fit in to a S2??? Im stepping out of the cosworth league and in to the RS Turbo's so i dont know fook all!

u need to sume slight welding ive heard. but in my eyes the pipes will be level to ur rs ones so all u need is the boost pipes and maybe some bracket welding to hold the i/c in place

Did you know pace have just started making a full size intercooler for the ERST, that fits right accross the front of the rad without having to make any bodywork adjustment/bumper cuts. With the kit you also get two fans and the left hand converted charge carrier pipe. I know for a fact that Mad-for-it (01579 320070) have got one in stock cos I was gunna buy it just the other day - but my finances didn't agree.
