Any decent garage should be able to do it for you, if its just bypassing and removing the modulators.

Ryo it's a simple job that can be finished in a morning mate.
Just get a brake pipe kit and an Eazibleed kit from ebay and get under the car and sort it!

I did mine last year so i can give you any advice you need, improved my brakes too.
