CVH Advice
Thanks for the advice on the ARP bolts on my mates engine. All fitted and read to drop in now.
The Spec of his engine is
Standard Head and Block.
Standard T3
044 Pump
Airtec rad and front mount.
Chipped ECU
Filter
Exhaust
What would be best actuator to go with this -31 or -34 also what power should he expect to see?
170/180bhp??

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
any as long as there mfi injectors, assuming your on mfi. you cant change injectors on mfi but you can add a fifth injector. as long as your metering unit is working properly, the std mfi setup can fuel enough to get a good 200hp. any more, say 210-220 plus and your looking at 5th injectors and stuff. having said that, 180hp still makes for a potent car. a stage 3 turbo will get you 200hp without big boost.
