Default Engine core plugs

Do these need replacing very so often and are these easy to replace front ones mainly

They shouldnt need replacing as far as i know. They usually pop out if you run with no anti freeze & the water freezes in cold weather. If you feel that you need to change them, just punch an old flat blade screwdriver into them & twist them out. New ones just need tapping into place with a suitable socket to keep them square.
