cvh turbo, has high pressure oil pump, perfectly fine during the day when in use then when starting next day oil filter seal has poped out and throws oil everywhere. never come across this problem before. thought it was a faulty filter so stuck another on there but nope still the same. any ideas?

Yes oil pressure alone can. I did it regularly when pissing about with my relief valve springs. Your either using too thick an oil (cold rating) or your pressure is overly high.
